About Manda Mac

I LOVE TO DREAM, DESIGN & CREATE

I also love getting my hands dirty in my vegetable garden, travelling the world with my husband Rory, camping at my family property in Wiarton, getting active with yoga, bike rides and my Boxer dog Diesel, and most of all I love spending time with my weird and wonderful friends eating great food and sipping on cold drinks.

When I’m not playing hard, I’m working hard. I have found my true calling in Graphic Design because I get to spend my time taking my client’s visions and turning them into reality. I love starting something from nothing. I find genuine satisfaction in organizing graphics and content to not only create a striking design, but to create immediate understanding of the project’s message. I visually communicate design, purpose and meaning AND I LOVE IT.

I attended Fanshawe College where I achieved my Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. My first job as a corporate designer taught me how to create consistent branding material while still showing diverse designs. I was able to dabble in designing for all sorts of mediums across print and web. After over 4 years of being a corporate designer I longed to start my own freelance company to take on a broader spectrum of clients and projects. I crave challenges and love trying new things. Launching Manda Mac Designs has been a terrifying but rewarding experience and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I get to work with various types of people and it’s fun to dive into so many different worlds and expose myself to various types of design. Starting Manda Mac Designs has been a real dream come true, and I’m excited for the future!
